About our Nutrition & Health expert coaches
All our expert coaches are university trained and registered with the Healthcare professions council in the UK. Not only do they know about nutrition, they also know how to help you adopt new behaviours, by making any advice easy to fit into your busy schedule. All of our coaches have worked either in the NHS or in their own private clinics in a wide range of specialist areas.

We believe in a Personalised nutrition approach with a focus on prevention. This means that any advice should be tailored to your needs, biology, preferences, social determinants and level of literacy. We also believe that technology has advances to a point where we can use it to inform dietary and lifestyle plans. It's not perfect, but it can certainly provide us with valuable insights.
This requires advanced expert knowledge above and beyond the nutritional science training our coaches have received. These areas include genetics, microbiome science, AI and behavioural science.
Our coaches will co-develop a health plan that is all about you and what you would like to achieve, by blending a mix of food, tech, supplements and expert knowledge and support to make sure those changes stick for the long haul.
